Design Phase

Pre-Event Assembly
We assemble the stand in our factory, including with all the Audivisual Elements, to make sure that everything seamlessly fit together and that the clients AV content is performing as espected.
International AIDS Conference
The expo stand was assembled at the event venue on schedule and to the expected quality standards. Throughout the installation, a senior production manager was on-site to oversee every detail and ensure a smooth, high-quality execution. During the event, our project manager provided continuous on-site supervision to ensure everything ran seamlessly. We also delivered F&B services as part of the event support.
