Infrastructure
Our scenography warehouse in Lisbon brings together 1,900 m² of production area, a 8-meter ceiling height, and a dedicated 500 m² pre-assembly area, creating the ideal environment to develop, test, and refine projects of different sizes and levels of complexity before they reach the event.
Project Timeline
Design Phase
Our design team began developing the design for the expo stand, with a strong focus on innovation, brand positioning, and alignment with the client’s brief.
Construction Phase
The stand was completely constructed in-house by our curated partner factory in Bologna, Italy, and we use the latest technologies during the whole construction process. The client receive video and photos so that they can follow the progress.
Pre-Event Assembly
We assemble the stand in our factory, including with all the Audivisual Elements, to make sure that everything seamlessly fit together and that the clients AV content is performing as espected.
International AIDS Conference
The expo stand was assembled at the event venue on schedule and to the expected quality standards. Throughout the installation, a senior production manager was on-site to oversee every detail and ensure a smooth, high-quality execution. During the event, our project manager provided continuous on-site supervision to ensure everything ran seamlessly.
