STEP 1

Purchase & Facial Biometrics Registration

After the purchase of your ticktes you will need to complete facial biometrics registration on the official portal before tickets can be issued. We will support you all the way until the process is complete and we have direct contact with the company who handles this biometrics registration, in case of any issue.

If you have a local Brazilian ID and a CPF number then you use that during the registration process, if not then you use your passport and passport number.

You will also need to provide a login email and define a password during this step.
This login info you will use in step 2 to access your ticket.

Step 2

Access Your Ticket

We will send you a link where you will enter with the login credentials that you created in step 1.
Here you will access your ticket.
Your sector will be either Leste or Oeste Inferior (Lower East or Lower West).
Once you have your ticket, make sure you can access it on game day to remember your sector, however you will not use it to enter into the stadium, instead you will use a facial scan device at the stadium entrance. Your guide will lead you to the entrance and suppport you all the way.

Step 3

Transfer & Maracanã

On game day you will come to a meeting location at a hotel in Copacabana where our van transfer is leaving from and the drive to the stadium will be around 45 minutes.
Once at the stadium our guide will accompany you from the parking lot into the stadium.
Now have fun and feel how the stadium goes crazy when Flamengo makes a goal

After the game, the guide will accompany you back to the van, that will be waiting inside the stadium parking lot which is reserved for only Flamengo official accredited tour operators.
