Are you coming to Rio de Janeiro without knowing anybody here? Do you want the privacy of your own apartment, located in a truly privileged location? Do you want to participate in some fun happenings with new friends? Then you should stay with us in the “Ipanema Adidas House”.
You will stay in a truly privileged part of Rio de Janeiro, the only part that allows you fast access to both the beach and the Lagoon. Take part of the nightlife in Leblon, only 5 minutes walking distance and Copacabana 15 minutes. Enjoy the Sunset of Ipanema Beach and take part of our weekly Fun Happenings, among friends.
Our guests come from all over the world, mostly singles but also some couples. Lately we have received several Digital Nomads who really appreciate the guaranteed fast and stable internet in the apartments. Age range of our guests is usually is between 26 to 40 years old.
Our aim is to make friends.

We have a total of 4 apartments in the “Adidas Building” here in lovely Ipanema.
The apartments are in 2 categories:
DELUXE with bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a side view of the Corcovado Mountain / Christ Statue.
STUDIO with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
All apartments have/Are:
- High Speed WiFi
- Fully furnished
- Double bed
- Air Conditioner
- Washing machine
- 24 Hour guard in entrance to building

our fun weekly happenings
You can reserve with our Fun Weekly Happenings included ( see prices further below ), we hope you come, the more the merrier. But we also understand that sometimes you want to explore the city by yourself. Either way, count on us for any needed tips or suggestions during your stay. We are here to help you.
MONDAYS WE DO A BEACH SPORT
We do Volley Ball, Functional Training, SUP, Cycle, or “Altinha”.
No need to be an expert, we play to have fun, and maybe a Caipirinha will help your game.
We meet at 10am sharp in the lobby of the building ( 10 minutes tolerance ).
WEDNESDAY IS HIKE DAY
Let’s go for a hike which will get you the high altitude photos of Rio which will get your instagram to go wild.
We will do either “Dois Irmãos Mountain”, “Vista Chinesa”, or “Pedra da Gávea”.
We meet at 10am sharp in the lobby of the building ( 10 minutes tolerance ).
FRIDAYS WE BAR HOP
Let’s mingle with the locals at their secret bar street in the upscale neighbourhood Leblon.
We meet at 8pm sharp in the lobby of the building. ( 10 minutes tolerance )

Prices until December 26th:
In a STUDIO Apartment Price Per Week (7 nights) – USD 350 ( not including Fun Weekly Happenings )
In a DELUXE Apartment Price Per Week (7 nights) – USD 400 ( not including Fun Weekly Happenings )
In a STUDIO Apartment Price Per Week (7 nights) + Fun Weekly Happenings – USD 550
In a DELUXE Apartment Price Per Week (7 nights) + Fun Weekly Happenings– USD 600
Price Per Month for December or January or February:
In a STUDIO Apartment – USD 1900 ( not including Fun Weekly Happenings )
In a DELUXE Apartment – USD 2300 ( not including Fun Weekly Happenings )
50% Deposit to reserve and the remaining part can be paid on the day of check-in.
Cancellation 15 days prior to check-in = Full Refund.
Cancellation after 15 days prior to check-in = No Refund.
